Breathe your way back to Nature.

A breathwork & rewilding space for all women who seek to dismantle oppressive life patterns & systems, embody their wild authentic nature and contribute to a more just and sustainable world for all.

The approach

Reconnect Wild is a non-linear & non-forceful somatic approach to healing & rediscovering yourself beyond the brutal systems that women have had to squeeze their bodies into for far too long!

Through the experience of breathwork & somatic exploration we slowly recover the parts of ourselves that we’ve had to leave behind in order to survive.

My mission is to make this work accessible for all and there is no one or right place to start.

So whether you choose to begin your journey in community or with some recorded sessions at home, you are welcome here.

A rewilding revolution for Women

As we come into the creation stages of of a new world, I truly believe that women will need to play a big role in what that looks like.

But - there are whole generations worth of repression & internally destructive patterns that we need to reckon with along the way.

The breathwork & somatic practises offered here have been created to help women reconnect with themselves, their communities, and the natural world in ways that challenge the dominant worldview.

Through one to one support, group gatherings, workshops & immersive experiences, we explore themes from childhood wounding to cultural conditioning, decolonisation and community-oriented care from the lens of the body & the power of the breath.

Because true rewilding extends far beyond ecological restoration to include personal, somatic & societal healing.
